How long does shipping take in South Africa?

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 7–20 business days, depending on the supplier and location. Delays may occur due to customs or courier services.

Do you ship anywhere in South Africa?

Can I track my order?

What is your returns and refunds policy?

Due to hygiene reasons, underwear and lingerie cannot be returned or refunded if worn or tried on.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled before shipping. Any shipping or processing costs already incurred will be deducted from the refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
